Our small-group classes led by dedicated trainers help you experience a workout like no other. We’ll keep you motivated with great music, a positive attitude, and fantastic results. We offer a variety of different classes and our signature 50-minute pilates class focuses on a full body work-out using STOTT reformers. The goal is to combine the classic elements of pilates (including balance, flexibility and core strength) with heart rate elevators to provide you with maximum results.


Pilates is a safe and effective whole body workout for all ages and levels of fitness. The source of all movement in pilates flows from the center of the body creating strength and a sense of calm and well being. The Reformer is an exercise machine used to incorporate the Pilates exercise technique for a challenging and intense workout. Springs, leverage, and body weight are used as resistance while performing movements targeting specific muscle groups. Workouts consist of controlled, flowing movements working your muscles through a full range of motion. The reformer adds increased resistance to the movement. By working to overcome this resistance, training results increase fitness levels.
