By purchasing classes, packages, or memberships and by attending classes at Art of Pilates, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Introductory Offers
Introductory classes are available to new members only and may be purchased one time only. Art of Pilates reserves the right to cancel or adjust any introductory offer purchase that does not meet this requirement.
2. Cancellation Policy
All classes are subject to a 12-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel a scheduled class less than 12 hours before the class start time, you will be charged for that class.
3. Late Cancel and No-Show Fees
Monthly members are subject to late cancellation fees and no-show fees in accordance with studio policy. These fees apply when a class is canceled outside the permitted cancellation window or when a client fails to attend a booked class.
4. Memberships and Class Packages
Monthly memberships and multi-class packages are for individual use only. They may not be shared, transferred, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
5. Final Sale Policy
All sales are final. Art of Pilates does not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for classes, memberships, packages, retail items, or any other purchases unless otherwise required by law.
6. Studio Requirements
Toesox are required during class. Clients who arrive without appropriate grip socks may be required to purchase them before participating.
7. Agreement to Terms
By booking, purchasing, or attending classes at Art of Pilates, you acknowledge that you have carefully reviewed and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
Art of Pilates reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
