Personalized Training
What Is a Private Pilates Session?
A private session is 50 minutes of undivided attention from one of our 600+ hour trained instructors. There is no group, no shared time, and no generic routine. Your instructor builds the entire session around your body, your goals, and whatever you need that day.
If you have a tight hip, they work on that. If your lower back has been bothering you, they adjust every exercise to address it. If you want to push harder than a group class allows, they will take you there. The session is yours from start to finish.
Private sessions are performed on the same STOTT V2 Max Reformers used in our group reformer classes, but with spring settings, exercises, and progressions selected specifically for you.

What to Expect
What a Private Session Looks Like
You arrive at the studio and your instructor is already set up for you. They ask how you are feeling, what has been bothering you, and what you want to focus on. Then the reformer work begins.
Every exercise is selected for a reason. Your instructor watches every rep, adjusts your form as you move, and changes the spring resistance to match what your body needs in that moment. If something feels off, they modify it on the spot. If you are ready for more, they push you.
By the end of 50 minutes, you have worked muscles you did not know you had, and your instructor has already started thinking about what to do differently next time based on how your body responded. That kind of individualized programming is what makes privates different from any group class.
Get the Best of Both
Combine Privates with Group Classes
Some of our most committed clients use a combination approach. They take small group classes two or three times a week for the energy, the routine, and the community. Then they add one private session a week or twice a month to work on specific areas their group class cannot address.
The group class builds consistency. The private session builds precision. Together, they get results faster than either one alone. Talk to your instructor about which combination makes sense for your goals.
